Zimamoto portal is a web based application system designed to be used by Customers (Users) to access the system using computer or Mobile Phone with Internet Connection.

Zimamoto portal has been designed using the latest technology to ensure real time interactivity and includes multiple features as listed bellows:-

1. Login Page

To login, you must have defined credentials that are username and password. System can be accessed through the URL https://portal.zimamoto.go.tz

Forget password (button): Select button shown in number one (1) above.

Steps to view forget password

i. Write Email address here
ii. Click SUBMIT button, then username and password will be send into customer email address
iii. Click BACK, back to login page.

B. Registration form

Registration form contains four main sub forms. These sub forms are:-

National Identification number (NIDA number)
NIDA conducting questions and Answer
Verification for User details
Registration for the User

C. Login (button)

ii. Type password

i. Select language(English or Swahili)
ii. Click to view instruction
iii. Shows Menu
iv. Shows Pending Application
v. Shows Application on Progress
vi. Complete Application
vii. Application due for Renewal

3. Applications

i. New Application

It contains five (5) sub forms. These sub forms are:-

1. Customer Business Verification
2. User Business Information Imported
3. Business location where located
4. Property category for business
5. Status for the business of the User

ii. Renew Application

User view report

iii. Status Application

Type Application Number in (i) or Control number in (ii), then click search application to view status

iv. Existing Application

User view existing application
